2014

I grew up in a time before digital and before cable (or maybe my parents were cheap). When no transmission signal was obtained by the antenna receiver on my sony trinitron television, I twisted knobs and moved bunny ears to try to find better reception. But mostly, I had analog noise - or a random dot pattern of static. Today, we have digital noise, breakup, and glitch overlay. The excitement of seeing random porn boobs through scrambled static no longer happens for me - mostly because I'm an adult, and the internet. Today, viewers don't even wait for porn to buffer. These images are a collection of digital glitches, breakup, and time-based noise from screen shots and repurposed scanners.
